- Access a different voicemail from the phone:
- Dial 99999 to access the voicemail.
- If prompted for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) press '#',
- Enter the 5-digit extension for the Voicemail you want to access
- Enter the PIN for that extension
- Listen to messages following the voicemail option prompts.
Why do I need to record a self-identification message?
The dial by name directory works for the caller by entering 3 characters of either the first or last name using the touch-tone keys on the keypad. The system will play each “self-identification message” that match the same 3 touch-tone entries, for the user to choose from… but you will only be included in the dial-by-name directory if you have recorded your self-identification message.
