How to Sign into this Support Site

To log in to this Support Page, locate the login option in the upper-right of this page:

 

You will be then taken to a login page:   

Do not enter your Diocesan credentials on this next page, but click on the “Are you a Customer?  Login Here” link at the bottom. 

This will take you to the Single Sign-on page, where you will select on the button corresponding to your organization/diocese: 

If you have not yet logged into your Microsoft 365 account through your browser, you will be prompted with the Microsoft Login prompts.  Use your Diocesan Office 365 email and password.   

If you already have logged in to other Microsoft 365 apps through your browser, you may be directly logged in to the portal without being prompted to log in again.  Logging in through single-sign-on is the most secure method, as your credentials are not passed, rather it's a secure token that only you have access to.
